• Responsible for the review of community activities, collect and publish local government information, and assist local government in managerial functions in relation to community affairs;
• Responsible for the development and sustenance of a variety of community development programs to help the communities realize their growth and development goals;
• Responsible for the strengthening of the implementation of the different governmental programs and undertaking designed to uplift the quality of life of every Fernandino;
• Responsible for providing assistance to the barangay populace;
• Responsible for the planning of activities and implementation of programs for the personal growth, psychological and mental upliftment of the youth sector both in-school and out-of-school, and;
• Responsible for the continuous issuance and service for the Senior Citizens;
• Responsible for the planning, monitoring and implementation of programs in pursuing to the objectives of the City.
