October 23, 2024, the City Public Employment Services Office (CPESO) led by Ms. Mary Ann C. Biliwang in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and City Councilor Hon. Aurelio Brenz Gonzales spearheaded the payout of 608 TUPAD beneficiaries at Minicon Heroes Hall, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The event was graced by the City Mayor Hon. Vilma Balle Caluag and joined by the DOLE key personnels. A total of 608 Fernandino beneficiaries of the TUPAD Program successfully completed the community cleaning at various response facilities in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga for 10 days.
The said initiative was funded through the support program of Congressman Aurelio “Dong” Gonzales through DOLE.
The program formed part of the 10-point agenda under the excellent leadership of Mayor Vilma Balle Caluag towrds employment facilitation.
