  • By land (commuters):
    • All bus lines linking Manila with Baguio. Pangasinan, and Ilocos pass through Pampanga. Aside from buses and jeepneys, taxis are the primary means of transportation to get to the City. Provincial Liners bound for Zambales, Bataan and Baguio City stop over at San Fernando.
    • From Manila
      • Bus station are located at Rizal Avenue in Sta. Cruz (LRT1 Doroteo Jose Station) and at Cubao, Quezon City beside Nepa Q Mart. You can also catch a ride in front of SM North Edsa Annex via San Fernando. Bus lines include Victory Liner, Bataan Transit, Genesis, Saulog, and Five Star.

      • You can take a bus at the bus station in downtown Olongapo City heading to San Fernando.
    • From Baguio City
      • Ride a bus going to Manila at the terminal located near SM Baguio r at Victory Liner. Drivers make stops in San Fernando.
  • By land (private):
    • From Manila
      • It is approximately a 1-hour drive via NLEX from Balintawak to San Fernando Exit
    • From Subic
      • It is approximately a 3-hour drive via Olongapo-Gapan Road that will pass through Subic-Olongapo City-Hermosa, Bataan-San Fernando,Pampanga or approximately 1 and a half hour via Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) - North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)
    • From Baguio City
      • It is approximately a 4 to 5-hour drive via local road or 2 to 3 hours from Baguio City that will pass through Tarlac-Pangasinan Expressway (TPLEX) - Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) - North Luzon Expressway (NLEX)
