The Sinukwan Festival relives the Kapampan¬gan spirit with a week-long calendar of cultural revivals capped by a grand street-dance parade in the streets of San Fernando. Organized a nually by the Save Pampanga Movement, th festival memorializes Aring Sinukwan (King Sinukwan), god of ancient Kapampangans.GIANT LANTERN FESTIVAL / LIGLIGANG PARUL (2nd WEEK OF DECEMBER)
