Notice Of Sale Of Delinquent Real Property [ Wednesday, 3rd of December 2014 | 3 years ago ]


The City of San Fernando (P) auction committee shall hold an auction sale of real properties with delinquent tax payments on land building and machineries at 9:00 am, on December 18, 2014, entrance lobby, Heroes Hall, San Juan, this city.

City Treasurer Mary Ann Bautista said that this auction is by virtue of the provisions of Section 260 and 263 of the Local Government Code of 1991 (RA 7160), wherein properties certified to be delinquent in the payment of real property taxes shall be put into auction to satisfy all delinquent real property taxes, penalties, and cost due thereon as of date of sale.

“All concerned taxpayers are advised to settle/update realty tax arrearages before said date to avoid inclusion of their properties” said Bautista.

The list of delinquent properties was released by the city government and can also be downloaded at its official website, www.cityofsanfernando.gov.ph and www.facebook.com/CSFP.CIO

Meanwhile, all prospective bidders are also requested to verify the properties to be bidded with the city assessor’s office and the register of deeds of Pampanga.

There will be a pre-registration of interested bidders a day before the auction sale at the city treasurer’s office where they will be assigned their permanent individual bidder’s number.

Duly authorized representatives shall be required to present a notarized special power of attorney or a secretary’s certificate and/or board resolution, in case of corporation.

Upon registration, the participants shall pay a non-refundable amount of one thousand pesos (Php 1,000.00) to cover the costs of printing, miscellaneous and other incidental expenses during the auction sale.

Duly registered participants will be given their copies of lists of properties for auction, rules, regulations and conduct of public auction and bidding form.

The properties listed are subject to changes due to settlement of the account by the Delinquent taxpayers.
