CSF Recognized For Protecting CICL And CAR [ Friday, 29th of January 2021 | 1 month ago ]


The Regional Juvenile Justice and Welfare Committee (RJJWC) recognized the efforts and initiatives of the City of San Fernando for having a draft Comprehensive Local Juvenile Intervention Program (CLJIP) with Local Situation Analysis. 


CSF is one of the cities in the province that have CLJIP which is focused on protecting the Children In Conflict with the Law (CICL) and Children at Risk (CAR).

City Social Welfare and Development Officer Aileen Villanueva, together with City Planning and Development Coordinator’s Officer-in-charge Nicolle Timoteo, received the plaque of appreciation from RJJWC.
