OF SAN FERNANDO--Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago thanked social welfare officers
for their valuable efforts and dedication in public service during the group’s
event on December 18, 2020.
In
his welcome message during Association of Local Social Welfare &
Development Officers of the Philippines Inc. (ALSWDOPI) Annual Gawad Parangal
for Luzon, Santiago emphasized the importance of the social workers in the
local government as they implement and provide social programs and activities
for the betterment of the society.
