Mayor EdSa Urges ‘peace And Order Officers’ To Be Dedicated [ Tuesday, 25th of September 2018 | 3 months ago ]

In order to achieve the city’s agenda ‘Kapayapaan at Kaayusan ay Makakamtan sa Nagkakaisa at Disiplinadong Mamamayan’, the Local Government of San Fernando held a ‘General Inspection in Ranks’ among the traffic enforcers and city martials on September 22, 2018 at the Heroes Hall.

This was led by Mayor Edwin ‘EdSa’ Santiago together with Public Order and Safety Coordinating Office (POSCO) Deputy Coordinator Raymond Del Rosario and Traffic Management Division Chief Ret. Col. Danilo Bautista.

Del Rosario said the aim of the said activity is ‘to deliver important policy directions, instructions and guidelines, personally to the peace and order officers’ including their general appearance and proper wearing of uniform and ID.

During his speech, Mayor Edwin ‘EdSa’ Santiago said, in order to deliver better public service, peace and order officers must possess self-discipline, dedication to work, and respect to one another.

Santiago furthered that ‘peace and order officers should also follow the rule of law’ for them to become an effective leader and implementor.
