CSF Holds Women's March And Pampering Day [ Friday, 10th of March 2017 | 1 year ago ]

In line with the celebration of Women's Month, hundreds of Fernandinas hit the streets Wednesday to promote awareness and the health of women in this capital city.

Around 400 participants gathered in three different starting points—Pampanga High School, Barangay San Jose, and Tagulud, Sta. Lucia—before proceeding to the Heroes Hal for the program. The event is part of the City's month-long series activities where health and wellness program are included. This was followed by Pampering Day in which women from the City Hall were treated to free services such as foot spa, manicure and pedicure, massage, haircut and hot oil. "Our theme for this year's celebration is: We Make Change Work for Women and we aim to give due recognition to the contributions of Fernandina in our society" said Mayor Edwin D. Santiago.
