City College Of San Fernando Posts High Passing Rate In LET [ Wednesday, 27th of November 2013 | 4 years ago ]


PRC announced that CCSFP garnered a passing rate of 87.10% wherein 27 out of 31 first-time City Collegenian examinees successfully passed the exam, outshining Angeles University Foundation (67.66% passing rate), Holy Angel University (60.38% passing rate), University of the Assumption (49.28% passing rate), and Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University (30.65 passing rate).

The LET was conducted nationwide in 17 different testing centers on September 29, 2013. Top 3 Performing Schools were Philippine Normal University - Manila with a passing percentage of 89.43, University of the Philippines-Diliman landed top 2 with 89.29% and Philippine Normal University-Agusan with 88.83%.

“We are very proud of our graduates and I am sure that they will be successful when they become full-fledged educators,” Mayor Edwin D. Santiago said.

“Our dream is to have a City College with educational foundations as strong as that of UP and Ateneo,” Mayor Santiago added as he restates his message during last week’s celebration of the founding anniversary of CCSFP.

CCSFP was established in 2009 and produced its first batch of BS Education graduates this year. --- CSFP-CIO


Results of the September 2013 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) show that the passing rate of the City College of San Fernando, Pampanga (CCSFP) surpassed the score of leading public and private colleges and universities in Pampanga.
