The City Government of San Fernando, Pampanga has given recognitions to Fernandino students who have distinguished themselves in different competitions held in Central Luzon.

During the Flag raising activity held at the City Hall, Mayor Edwin D. Santiago has awarded certificates of recognitions to these students who have responded to “the city’s call for excellence of turning ordinary into extraordinary.”

“This emulates our administration’s battle cry: Fernandino First! The achievements of our youth represent our efforts in the government” said Mayor Santiago.

Among the recipients are four students from the City College of San Fernando [CCSF] who bested other representatives from eleven colleges and universities in the Inter-Collegiate Quiz Bee held at the Jose Feliciano Colleges, Dau, Mabalacat, Pampanga last January 29. These students are Reine David and Roger Lasi, both Education Math Major; Banjo Somera, English Education Major; and Adrian Quiambao, Bio Science Major.
