“Fernandino, Tara Magobra!” is a flagship employment and livelihood initiative (local, national, and overseas) spearheaded by Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag, with the prime vision of achieving zero unemployment in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Rooted in the belief that every bonafide, capable and willing Fernandino of legal age deserves the opportunity to earn a dignified living, the program mobilizes the full strength of the city’s resources to empower the local workforce.

Recognizing that the workforce includes all individuals who are able and willing to work — from job seekers and fresh graduates to the self-employed and displaced workers — the program delivers inclusive and holistic support through the various strategic initiatives:
