CSF Launches “all-in-one” Access Card [ Thursday, 20th of February 2014 | 3 years ago ]
The launching, highlighted as part of Kaganapan 2014 Cityhood anniversary celebraton, was led by Mayor EdSa together with Vice Mayor Jimmy T. Lazatin.
“We want to give Fernandinos that they are on top of our priorities. That’s why this access card will be beneficial to all our constituents,” said Mayor Santiago.
All residents of San Fernando may apply for the access card if they have clearance from their respected barangay captains.
The ID-type card is produced in five minutes and can be renewed annually. The pilot beneficiaries are those included in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (PPPP).
The new access card was modified to become more functional especially on the availing of health services. ---CSF-CIO
