2014 Local Development Fund Approved [ Tuesday, 8th of October 2013 | 4 years ago ]


“No centavo shall be wasted. The fund will be used for priority development projects here in the City of San Fernando,” said Mayor EdSa who also chairs the LDC.
Also present during the council meeting were acting City Vice Mayor Angie Hizon and Engr. Ferdinand Caylao representing the congressman of the third district of Pampanga.
As prescribed by law, different city officials, department heads, barangay officials and NGO’s also attended the said meeting and raised their comments and concerns before the body unanimously approved the 20% local development fund allocations.


The Local Development Council (LDC) was convened by Mayor Edwin D. Santiago was held at Heroes Hall Lobby on September 30 to ratify the utilization of the Local Development Fund through a multi-stakeholder meeting.
