Mayor Edwin D. Santiago celebrated his natal day by outpouring “effective and efficient public service” to thousands of Fernandinos over the weekend.

Together his wife, Marilou, they led the outreach program by distributing maintenance medicines to more than 500 senior citizens. Other medical services given are free electrocardiogram, fasting blood sugar test, feeding program, distribution of PhilHealth Member’s Data Record, among others.
